Turnaround Time

GFX typically take ~7 days depending on queue length, unless you've bought priority.

Avatar Requirements

Please wear the correct avatar until GFX is complete. Changes will delay the process.

Revisions Policy

1–2 minor revisions allowed. No avatar changes can be made after order is placed.

Usage Rights

No commercial/resell rights, the design is for personal use only.

No Copying

Do not copy any of my designs. It is strictly prohibited. All my work is protected by the DMCA.

Portfolio Rights

Designs may be showcased on my site/used as examples in my portfolio.

Client Conduct

No spamming, rushing, or disrespectful behavior. Be patient and polite.

Avatar Limitations

No 3D clothing or custom rigs unless discussed beforehand.

Order Details

Include all necessary details when ordering. Be specific about your vision.

Credit & Sharing

Credit me if posting on social media.

Payment Policy

Full payment required upfront before work begins. No refunds once work starts.

Communication

Most of my communication is through Discord. Make sure to check for updates on your order frequently.

Important: Projects abandoned for 20+ days without communication will be cancelled with no refund. By submitting an order, you acknowledge you have read and agree to all terms above.
